Our cakes are delivered in temperature-controlled packaging. Once received, we recommend storing your cake in the refrigerator and consuming it within 3 days for the best experience.
Do you offer nationwide delivery for all your products?
We offer nationwide delivery across the UK for our gateaux, afternoon tea boxes, and treats. Please note that some delicate celebration cakes are only available for click-and-collect at our local patisseries.
Do you have options for specific dietary requirements?
Yes, we offer a dedicated range of vegan and gluten-free cakes. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, all our products are prepared in a bakery that handles nuts, eggs, and dairy.
Can I track my delivery order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link from our courier partner. This will provide you with a one-hour delivery window on the day of arrival.
